Mid-Iowa Council Boy Scouts of America is doing an interesting fundraiser called ‘Over The Edge.’  This fundraiser has participants going ‘Over the Edge’ of the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.  It’s described like a Walkathon

That is Scout Executive and CEO of Mid-Iowa Council, Matt Hill.  He mentions that there are only 90 spots available for this once in a lifetime opportunity.  Anyone can participate

Hill says the money raised will go towards helping youth register for scouting who may be unable to afford the program.  It will also help send youth to their summer camp, Camp Mitigwa.  Learn more at scoutingiowa.org
