Yesterday the Marshalltown Police Department gave an update to the Murder Investigation stemming from the June 1st incident outside of Center Street Station. This is Marshalltown Police Chief Michael Tupper, yesterday afternoon.
Chief Tupper says that the juvenile had information about the crime and helped after the fact. Accessory after the fact is an aggravated misdemeanor if the underlying crime is a felony, and murder is a felony.
Chief Tupper mentions that they believe the suspect, Victor Antonio Delgadillo, is still in Marshalltown.
