On Sunday Afternoon, 2 individuals needed assistance as they became trapped out neat the Three Bridges Area in rural Marshall County.  Interim Fire Chief, Christopher Cross, says the team took their time to create the right plan as there was no immediate danger.

Initially it was just the Marshall County Sheriffs Office on the rescue, they called for support from the Fire Department.  Chief Cross says that the Communication Center made things easy for the different departments

The Fire Department was out on scene for about 90 minutes on Sunday.  One of the 2 individuals rescued were taken by Unity Point EMS for further evaluation.
