CAPS, Child Adolescent and Parent Support, funds, roughly, 90% of their operation through Grants. The other 10% is community support, which they get through different events and partnerships. They partnered with Dairy Queen and had a booth at the Central Iowa Fair. They are next partnering with Tannin for a Wine & Design.
That was CAPS Executive Director, Linda Havelka, who says people can keep the arrangement themselves or give it to someone. There are only 25 spots for people to attend.
The event is set to take place on Saturday, August 17th doors will open that morning at 9:30.
