The Bobcat Boys Golf team played yesterday at Veenker Memorial Golf Course against Ames and Des Moines Roosevelt. The Bobcats earned 2nd place with a score of 340 only 8 strokes behind Ames who won the event with a 332. The Bobcats held the 2nd and 3rd place spots as Ty Faltys was runner up and Eli Polley placed 3rd.
The Bobcats will play again today, the 3rd day in a row, at Saddleback Ridge Golf Course for the 18 team Cedar Rapids Washington Invitational.
