UnityPoint Health and Marshall County Public Health are teaming up to do a Community Health Needs Assessment.  This is required for UnityPoint to do every 3 years.

That is Sydney Grewell, Marshall County Public Health Director.  She said Marshall County did an assessment last year, but will partner with UnityPoint moving forward to do the survey in collaboration.
