On Monday, Marshalltown Police Department were dispatched to the 400 block of E Church Street for a disturbance. The initial report said there was a possible fight involving multiple individuals and a firearm was displayed. No injuries were reported and no arrests were immediately made.
Tuesday, September 17th, the Marshalltown Police Department arrested 49-year-old, Adelfio Fredrick Lamonto Jr. who has been arrested with multiple crimes, Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief, and multiple drug charges. Mr. Lamonto has been booked into the Marshall County Jail and is being held pending a court appearance.
