The Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library will continue to host their annual book sale until September 23 in the library’s Community Meeting Rooms. The sale offers a wide range of books for all ages and interests, including fiction, non-fiction, and various media like DVDs.

Books will be priced at $1 for hardcovers and trade paperbacks, and 25 cents for smaller paperbacks. A “bag sale” will take place on Sunday, where shoppers can fill a grocery bag with books for $1. Monday’s sale features a $1 admission fee, allowing customers to take as many books as they want. Proceeds will support the library’s programs and materials.
