The Marshalltown Police Department arrested a 42-year-old man yesterday for sexual abuse. Jose Hiran Macias Flores, has been charged with 2 crimes, Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse and Sexual Abuse of a Child in the 2nd Degree. The arrest was made in connection to an investigation that began back in April of this year. Mr. Macias Flores was booked into the Marshall County jail. This investigation is on-going
