October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month; many organizations bring awareness to this disease by wearing pink.  The Marshalltown Police Department has jumped onto the trend and they are selling pink Marshalltown Police Department patches.  Patrolman, David Danielson, gives some details about this patch.

People can stop by the Marshalltown Police Department to get a patch or you can go to Hellburg’s Jewelers and get one there.  The patches cost $15 each, Officer Danielson shares what the money raised will go towards.
