The 2024 General Election is set for November 5th, this is where people can vote for President of the United States, Representatives for Iowa House and Senate, Marshall County Auditor/Recorder, the Miller Middle School Bond, and more. Today is an important date for the process and early voting has officially started.
That is Marshall County Deputy of Elections, Jessica Chizek. She says today not only starts early voting, but they also have to mail absentee ballots to anyone who has requested one.
You can get a absentee ballot request form by printing one off from the Marshall County Elections page, stopping by the Auditor/Recorder Office, or asking them to send you one via mail. More information about the election can be found at elections.marshallcountyia.gov
