As we wrap up this spooky season after Halloween, we spoke with David Hicks, the YSS County Director. He mentioned that the YSS building here in town may have some paranormal activity, including a little girl’s laughter.

David then said he’s experienced some of the unknown and unexplainable as well.

Hicks says that with any building with a history that people are maybe susceptible to whatever occupants have passed through time that are maybe stopping by for a visit.
