Back on August 14th, Marshalltown Police Department responded to a residence in the 1000 block of E Olive Street to investigate a burglary. Once officers arrived the victim gave information about a burglary and theft crime that was believed to happen earlier that day. After an extensive investigation, of multiple burglary incidents, Marshalltown Police Department made an arrest this week.
23-year-old, Hunter David Clark, of Marshalltown, was arrested on Wednesday. Clark has been charged with 4 counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, 1 count of theft in 1st, 2nd, and 5th degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Clark was taken to the Marshall County jail and remains in custody.
