At the Marshall County Board of Supervisors meeting yesterday, there was an approval for an upgrade for the Marshall County Engineer’s Office. For years, all documents and records have been stored in reality. Now, as an addition to that, everything will be stored virtually. This protects all of the information as a backup.
That was Marshall County Auditor/Recorder Nan Benson who says she has used the same technology in the past for some of her records. Also, County Engineer Paul Geilenfeldt added another use for this new tech.
This update will save both time and money in the long run, and also provides an extra layer of protection for all of Marshall County’s bridge, road, construction, and surveying records.
