A release from Marshalltown police chief Michael Tupper indicated that early Friday morning, officers from the Marshalltown Police Department responded to the old hospital site after receiving a report of trespassing. Upon arrival, officers determined that a burglary and theft had occurred. Police then located and stopped a vehicle in the area of East Madison Street and South Center Street. The vehicle was occupied by four adult males and had property, copper pipe, from the old hospital site. As a result, the four men were arrested. One of whom, gave a false name and identity. Peet Min falsely identified himself as Aung Yo Trae. Min has outstanding arrest warrants in Polk and Dallas Counties. Additional Chargers against Min are pending as a result of providing false information.
