Announced last week by the Arts and Culture Alliance, they are moving from the MACC to downtown Marshalltown. Amber Danielson, Executive Director, joined the KFJB line last week to talk about the move. They are moving to 126 W Main Street, almost right across the street from the station.

Danielson says that this new space is a much larger space than they had at the MACC, as Danielson had a small office there. She says the new space will allow the Arts and Culture Alliance to expand their services and programing.

The Arts and Culture Alliance says they are doing their move slowly over the next month or so, but plan to fully be in their new space in February. Follow their Facebook page, Arts and Culture Alliance, to track their move and see any announcements of a grand opening.
