YSS County Director David Hicks attended last night’s City Council Meeting to give some year-to-date updates on the MPACT Program, Marshalltown Police and Community Team, here in Marshalltown.

He then compared those numbers to what they were, just one year ago.

Hicks and MPACT member Susie then shared an emotional and uplifting text message that she received following her help in the community.

Hicks says he’s hopeful the amount of follow up visits will increase as people continue to reach out to get the help they need.
