Coming up on March 18th is a Storm Spotter Training put on by Marshall County Emergency Management. Kim Elder, Marshall County Emergency Management Coordinator, say this is not a storm chasing class. It’s more about identifying the clouds and what to report after a storm.

Elder says this is a free class and it will take place in the Marshall County Sheriffs Office. She says this class is offered in Marshall County every other year.
