The Bobcat boys wrestlers left early this morning for Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines for state Wrestling. Weigh ins are scheduled for 7am this morning and Coach Lucas Cross says he’s excited to see how many of the 4 end up on the podium.

One of the four wrestlers going to state is his son, sophomore Colby Cross. He cut about 15 pounds to wrestle at the 126 weight class at districts

Cross will wrestle at least twice today as he is in the first round, while the other 3 Bobcats have a bye and will only have 1 match today. We will hear from the other wrestlers tomorrow.
