On Thursday, February 20th, a Marshall County jury found a Melbourne man guilty of Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree and Enticing a Minor. According to the release from the Marshall County Attorney, Josiah Benbow, age 27, was found guilty of criminal charges that involve sexual abuse with someone under the age of 14.

Marshall County Attorney Jordan Gaffney says, “I am extremely proud and thankful for the hard work, perseverance, and professionalism of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, our team at the Marshall County Attorney’s Office, and Assistant Marshall County Attorney Autumn Canny in trying the case.”

Sentencing is scheduled for April 21st
