Marshalltown Community College has a good problem to have as they are at 115% compacity for their housing. President of Iowa Valley District, Dr. Anne Howsare-Boyans, shares a solution discussed at the last board meeting.

The interesting thing about this project is that the housing facility will be built by the MCC construction trades students.

She says she trust the construction trades students more than Kyle Martin to build anything. This project is a win/win getting real life experience for their students.
