Iowans will need to switch all of their clocks ahead an hour this weekend as we shift back to Daylight Saving Time. While an hour does not seem like much, it can throw off someone’s daily routine, especially children. Doctors suggest small 15 minute increments over the weekend can help adjust our sleep cycles before next week. That way the Monday morning shock of the alarm is not as scary. The time change will happen on Saturday night into Sunday and we spring forward.
