Recently, Marshalltown City Administrator, Carol Webb, spoke on KFJB about the city doing a housing study. Webb first explains the purpose behind what the study will do.

She says the study will also look at housing for the long term, will Marshalltown need more housing in the future and what types of housing will be needed. She says a study like this will cost around $60 – $80,000.

Webb says they are currently shopping around for a group to conduct the study.
