April 4th will officially kick off the 62nd year of racing at the Marshalltown Speedway with the Frost Buster. Jerry Vansickel, Manager of the Speedway, says not every track in Iowa is open each year.

Vansickel says there will exciting races happening all summer at the Speedway. He says races will kick off around 7pm on Friday, April 4th for the Frost Buster.

Loud noises, lots of people, and excitement are 3 reasons Vansickel says people should check out the Speedway this summer. For one night out, he says it is very affordable.
