UPDATE: Delgadillo has passed away

Marshalltown Police are investigating a June 1, 2024, shooting involving 18-year-old Victor Delgadillo of Marshalltown, who is wanted for First Degree Murder. On August 9, Delgadillo was reportedly shot during an officer-involved incident in Anaheim, California, and has been hospitalized. His condition is currently unknown. No officers were injured. Multiple agencies, including the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Marshal Service, are involved in the ongoing investigation.
