Victor Antonio Delgadillo, the man wanted for first degree murder from the June 1st incident outside of Center Street Station Bar, died over the weekend in Anaheim, California. Authorities in California confronted Delgadillo which led to shots being fired.
That is Police Chief Mike Tupper, who says that the Marshalltown Detectives learned in the last few weeks that Delgadillo had left for California.
Chief Tupper explains what his department will do next, the investigation is not over.
Chief Tupper has mentioned that this investigation is a top priority for the Marshalltown Police Department. They will continue to investigate the situation.
