The Marshalltown Bobcat Boys Golf team traveled north to Mason City for the Dick Garth Invite, played at Highland Park Golf Course. The Bobcats held 3 of the top 4 spots with Freshman Joe Greazel leading the way earning 2nd place overall shooting at 77. Ty Faltys and Parker Christen earned 3rd and 4th shooting a 79 and Eli Polley earned 7th with an 81. The Bobcats win this meet by 8 strokes over host, Mason City. The Bobcats will be off until Tuesday next week when they travel to Ankeny for the Ankeny Invitational.
Both the Boys and Girls cross country meets yesterday at Marshalltown Community College Course were cancelled due to impending weather.
