It is Week 2 for the Marshalltown Bobcat Football team and head coach Adam Goodvin is feeling good after a 1 point loss to Mason City.  There are a lot of good takeaways from the game on Friday.

3 big plays helped Mason City win by 1 point, 2 of those plays were Kick Returns for touchdowns.  A bright spot for the Bobcat Offense was Sophomore Running Back, Tyler Englund.

The Bobcats are set to face off against Cedar Rapids Jefferson tomorrow night at Leonard Cole Field for Week #2
