Saturday the Bobcat Girls Swim and Dive team held the Bobcat Invite. On the diving side, Kate Hauser ended up in 2nd place with a total score of 416.65, just behind Grinnell High School diver, Camryn Russell, who scored 485.70.
Swimming wise, the Bobcats earned 2nd place with a total team score of 221, behind Johnston who scored 331. Adele Beek was the only bobcat to win a race this weekend, she won the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1 min 13 seconds. Winning by 1 second over Layia Breitbach from Linn-Mar.
The girls splash into the water again on Tuesday when they host the Ames Little Cyclones.
