It is great to see a major project like State Street coming to an end this fall. With that, more projects are beginning to start. Heather Thomas, Marshalltown Public Works Director joined the KFJB line yesterday to talk about future projects. There are 2 starting soon.
Thomas shares that they will be adding lighting to that parking lot as well. She goes on to talk about 6th Street and High Street, that project will close some lanes of traffic soon.
While we see State Street begin to open up going East and West, we will see other projects begin before winter sets in.
