The Marshalltown Bobcat Girls Swim team faced off against Indianola last night in a dual. The Bobcats get a big win on the back of sophomore Leia Hernandez, as she wins all 4 of her races. The Bobcats get the victory over Indianola 102 – 78. Head Coach Angie Nelson says the beginning of the season is a good time to move some girls around and see if anyone could try a new race, highlighting Adel Beek.
Nelson talks about senior Kate Hauser and her diving season, she is on track to make it to state again this year.
Nelson says it was a good learning experience as she had to work herself back into 2nd place against Grinnell.
