Pete Rose died yesterday.  He was 83.  There’s no word on the cause of death.  Pete is still MLB’s all-time hits leader and holds several other records.  But he’s still not in the Hall of Fame because of his gambling scandal.

Lainey Wilson was just added as a third host of the CMA Awards.  She will join Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning as co-hosts.  The ceremony takes place November 20th, live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

Jelly Roll tells Interview magazine that he realized who he was making music for when he attended an NBA game last year. “My music is for middle America. Hardworking, back-sweating, blue collar people. I realize now that if I go to a basketball game, very few people sitting in the bowl will know me, but every person that works in the arena will. That brought so much clarity to my songwriting.”

Jamey Johnson was charged with speeding and one felony count of a controlled substance.  He was caught with somewhere between a half an ounce and 10 pounds of pot.  That’s kinda like getting a speeding ticket and saying your speed was between 55 and 100 mph!!  In the state of Tennessee, that is a class E felony, punishable by up to SIX years in prison.

The CMA Awards air tonight on ABC…Cody Johnson’s album ‘Leather’ is up for Album of the Year, along with Chris Stapleton for ‘Higher’ and Kacey Musgraves for ‘Deeper Well’..Luke Comes is one of the nominees for Entertainer of the Year…... "Oh, yeah. It’s great. I mean, any time is is unbelievable. You know, I think it’s every time it’s really hard to believe, honestly. I didn’t ever think that I would get this far, so, I’m just really thankful for it is all. Being nominated again for entertainer of the year is incredible."  The CMA Awards air tonight on ABC.

Rocker Ozzy Osbourne’s wife Sharon Osbourne fears she will never regain weight after using Ozempic. A source says,  "The weight loss drugs have wrecked her metabolism and there's no going back for her. She simply can't put the weight back on that she needs to regain a healthy look. It just shows the dangers of these 'quick fix' cures. They are not good for the body.
