World of Reel says Tom Cruise may hand over the ‘Mission: Impossible’ reins to Glen Powell. Paramount initially wanted the upcoming movie to be the final installment, but Cruise is eager to keep the franchise going. Mi8 is set to be released in May 2025 and will need to make $900 million to break even.
