As of Wednesday, November 20th, the price of regular unleaded gasoline averaged $2.75 across Iowa according to AAA. Prices fell 5 cents from last week’s price and are down 21 cents from a year ago. The national average on Wednesday was $3.07, down 1 cent from last week’s price but still 32 cents higher than the average price in Iowa.

Retail diesel prices in Iowa fell 1 cent this week with a statewide average of $3.30. One year ago, diesel prices averaged $4.18 in Iowa. The current Iowa diesel price is 24 cents lower than the national average of $3.54.

Natural gas prices rose 22 cents at the Henry Hub reporting site and are currently priced at $3.20/MMbtu.
