The cold dry air can make our eyes feel dry and itchy throughout the winter. Dr. Mallory Scrimger with McFarland Eye Care Clinic shares some tips to help reduce irritation with our eyes.
She says to see the best results people need to be consistent about applying the warm cloth daily. Dr. Scrimger suggests to do it as part of your morning routine or before bed to help this become a habit.
Dr. Scrimger also talks about screen time and how that can dry out our eyes as many of us work on a computer screen all day, then use our phone or watch TV at the end of the day.
This is your reminder to blink! It is good to keep some eye drops or tear drops nearby incase your eyes feel dry and itchy.
