Talking with Reserve Development Owner, Jeff Strong, he says the plan for the Marshalltown mall is to make it more of a strip mall. This idea has attracted some retailers to already commit to coming to Marshalltown.

Reserve Development purchases large vacant commercial buildings. Throughout their 15 years in business this has helped them create a ton of relationships with retailers across the country.
