David Hicks, Marshall County Director for YSS, has gathered the data from MPACT for the 2024 year. He says one of the goals was to concentrate on the follow ups after calls for service.

Each year Hicks and his team gather more data and are more effective with the data they receive. He breaks down the calls for service and how each were categorized in 2024

Hicks says one thing that stood out was the uptick in seniors needing assistance in 2024. He says the data is the receipt for the MPACT program.
