Snow has fallen which means many cities have activated their Snow Ordinance or Snow Emergency. Those rules are slightly different for each city, but one shared idea is getting cars off of the road so the trucks can plow the roads. In Marshalltown the Snow Ordinance means people are not allowed to park on the designated Snow Routes, which are marked with a red snowflake, and cul-de-sacs.
