With the Spring-like weather here…and looking like it ain’t going anywhere for a while, you’re ready to get out and get that lawn cleaned up and last year’s leaves gathered. If you plan to burn those, Marshalltown Fire Chief David Rierson has some reminders for you, including watching which way the wind is blowing.

Rierson also reminds that you can’t burn those leaves and twigs on Sunday and only from 7 to 7 weekdays, and 7 to noon on Saturdays.
