If you love bbq ribs, (and who doesn’t?) then you won’t want to miss the 2nd annual rib s sale Wednesday evening to benefit Iowa River Hospice. The ribs will be smoked up by JBS during the Marketplace at the Mall Farmer’s Market at Marshalltown Mall. Rhonda Miller says this just might help you get through everyone’s munchies on Father’s day or the 4th of July.
Cost will be twenty dollars for a full rack and five dollars for individual portions. The ribs will be on sale Wednesday between four and 6:30.
