A Pennsylvania man was the one who died after a crash on I-80 near Iowa City on Wednesday.

John Harvey of Manor, Pennsylvania was one of two cyclists slowing down for traffic when a semi hit them from behind.

The other motorcyclist, also from Pennsylvania was injured, as was the driver of the Semi, who was from Janesville, Wisconsin.
