The Marshall County Attorney’s Office has announced that all pre-trial conferences for  Rocket Dockets suspended indefinitely. Most cases will be  rescheduled for an upcoming Wednesday once the Magistrate Court is relocated to the MAX Building in downtown Marshalltown.

The County Attorney’s office anticipated the Rocket Docket program will resume once the Marshall County Courthouse is reopened.
