The Marshalltown boys golf team finished eighth in the twelve-team field at yesterday’s Linn-Mar Invitational in Marion.

The Bobcats cared a team of 324, 16 strokes behind Invite winner Cedar Rapids Washington.

Marshalltown was led by Cole Davis, who shot a 3-over-par 75 to tie for sixth place.

Marshalltown hosts West Des Moines Valley today in a CIML Iowa Conference dual meet at the American Legion Memorial Golf Course with tee time at 9 a.m.
