The Bobcat boys golf team captured the Ankeny Invitational yesterday 11 strokes over runner up Ankeny. Ames was fifth in the team race, Fort Dodge 9th.
Marshalltown’s Cole Davis was the runner up for medalist honors, finishing two shots behind champion Dylan Taylor of Ankeny.
