An Altoona man will spend 18 months in prison for an embezzling scheme involving the Local 74 of International Heat & Frost Insulators and Allied Workers and the United Way of Central Iowa.

 Theodore Eric Watson was also ordered to pay restitution to the two organizations of over $125,000.

 Watson pleaded guilty to the charges last April.
