When it comes to issues, one that State Representative Dean Fisher says he is hearing more about is that of discipline within the schools. From what he is hearing, the Republican from Montour says it may be getting out of hand.

Robocalls is another issue that Fisher says he hears about from voters. He realizes it is not something the State Legislature can do something about, but adds the phone companies seem to be working on a solution that might ease the pain of those kinds of phone calls.
