The trial of accused murderer Cristhian Rivera is now on hold.
Earlier in the week, the attorneys for the man accused of killing Mollie Tibbetts requested a delay in order to allow the Iowa Supreme Court to review a district court’s suppression of evidence. Rivera’s trial was slated to begin on February 3rd.
