Named after the opening track from his 1984 blockbuster soundtrack Purple Rain, the special casts a star-studded lineup to rewind through Prince’s biggest hits – here Usher and Sheila E perform “When Doves Cry”
“Friends” will finally be back in our lives in May. HBO Max, the latest and shiniest streaming service from Warner Media, will be available to entertain us in quarantine starting May 27, The new streamer, which will combine content from HBO, TNT, Warner Bros. and more, will have classics like “Friends,” “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and “Sesame Street” plus a handful of originals.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The first character balloon in 1927 was Felix the Cat, and the character to make the most appearances is Snoopy, with over 40. This year's parade is scheduled to begin at 8:30 A.M. Eastern tomorrow morning, on NBC as usual, along with streams on Peacock and Fubo. Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Al Roker of the "Today" show will return as hosts.

The NY Post says "Wicked" moviegoers are causing a stir by singing along during the movie. AMC Theaters has already banned singing. Some fans find the singing disruptive, while others believe it adds to the viewing experience. Nanci Zoppi says, "I’m already livid about it. Everybody’s an indoor cat now. They don’t know how to be in public places."
