A Maxwell man has been charged with a child endangerment felony after he admitted to becoming frustrated with a crying 8-month child and shaking him.

24-year old Jacob Kalsem called 911 earlier this month about the infant, who had stopped breathing. He was arrested by the Story County Sheriff’s Department after admitting to causing the infant harm.
