The discussion of outdated 911 communications equipment in Marshall County continued at the Board of Supervisors meeting. The Board shared it was looking at being able to borrow from itself and pay itself back, from the County’s Health Fund. That could set wheels in motion for purchase of towers and infrastructure the County says it will pay for over the next couple of months. State Center Police Chief Jon Thomas welcomed that news and promised the Supervisors that the townships and districts would get to work on their individual costs for new radios.
